I loved this park. Carrie and Frank made me feel like I had come back home. They treat you like family and Tim was always willing to explain things about my rv Everyone in the park was very friendly and helpful also. A wonderful place to stay!!!!!

Owners treated me well and the other tenants were respectful. Quiet place to relax, after a long day of work. Couldn't ask for much more. My 2nd time staying here, starting tomorrow. So that says something right

Nice place to stay. Well organized. Friendly folks. Pool is comfortable even in winter but the jacuzzi has much chlorine it made me sick.

About Us

Hi folks!
We are a family owned RV/Mobile home park located in wonderful SE Arizona! Here in Cochise County, you’ll be able to find something that everyone in the family enjoys!
Near us, there are plentiful of wineries to explore. Over 80% of wine from AZ is from this area.
If you’re an outdoors lover, there is also some scenic hiking areas which includes the Cochise Stronghold and Chiricahua National Monument. There is also the Kartchner Caverns, which is an exciting place to see year-round that includes hiking and cave exploring. During the fall months, come enjoy the bird migration or some fishing at Parker Canyon Lake.
This part of AZ is strong in western history, so visiting Tombstone is a must. (A fun way of getting there is over Middlemarch Pass, with a high clearance vehicle.) Also, Willcox is a fun western town to explore, home of Rex Allen. You’ll also find other towns rich in western history, like Bisbee.
We usually stay cooler than Tucson or Phoenix during the summer, and in the winter, we enjoy 60^o-70^o F with lows of 35^o-45^oF. The perfect weather for ‘snow birds’! So, come on down and enjoy the area while you stay with us! (Feel free to clink on any links above to explore the area!)
